Win a Mighty Micro Collection: Lakeshore Learning Gifts For Growing Minds | @LakeshoreLM #Giveaway

Have you guys ever visited any Lakeshore Learning store? They sell school supplies and other educational products but you don't need to be a teacher to visit. It's great for parents who wish to maximize their kids learning potential through workbooks and educational toys and more and they even offer free kids craft workshops every Saturday.

disclosure: we received these products to facilitate this post. All honest opinions are my own and per the kids experience with the products.

You're gonna love their collection of Gifts to Growing Minds. There's over 200 items and I highly recommend getting your Holiday shopping done through them. I chose 3 items for the kids and honestly had a hard time limiting it to 3 coz' they all looked really good. I'm giving one of my lucky readers a chance to win the kids' favorite, the Mighty Micro Collection that came with 27 tiny cars.

Check out my review of the 3 Lakeshore Learning "Gifts to Growing Minds" the kids received below. When you give them as gifts whether for someone's birthday or as holiday gift, I'm pretty sure they won't disappoint as they are all high quality and well thought of products.

MIGHTY MICRO COLLECTION W/ 27 CARS

The kids' favorite! Okay, my favorite too! Lots of fighting happened in the first week upon receiving them between our two girls. I've honestly never seen anything like it. I wish I knew about it before we went to the Philippines, so I could have given one to each of my nephews there. But I'll be the best auntie this Christmas, I'll give one to each of our nephews and nieces.

The Nitro Micro's come with 27 tiny cars(yes, it comes with it!) and needs no battery to operate. It does need adult assembly though. I gave it to the hubby to work on(I'm not good at putting things together). He had a hard time honestly, I end up finishing it. I wish it came in already built. But don't let that hinder you from getting this, it's such a fun toy.

We made big sister count the cars and she was able to count to 27. But tell her to count without cars and she can't get pass 12, go figure, LOL!

This toy is recommended for 5 and up, but our 2 year old plays with it as well and the 30 something in me loves it as well. Big sis' would wake up and not look for her iPad but goes straight to this toy instead, yey! Right now, hubby and the toddler are on it while I'm typing this.

I really LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this toy! It's a carrying case and there are 36 car compartments. Once you slide open the lil' clear plastic and turn the knob of the upper tray, the cars will slide down.

Don't forget to join the giveaway below to win this prize!

PIC N' POP BALL LAUNCHER

This toy is like a vacuum. It eats up the balls when you walk on them like a vacuum cleaner. Then you press the two handles and it shoots the balls out. It's recommended for 18M and up. It doesn't need assembly, comes in ready for play time.

Both kids love playing with it. If you have a child who likes to vacuum, get this so while you vacuum, she vacuums too. It's nice that all the balls that came with it can fit into it, so when I stow it away after they play, we don't loose any of the balls.

2 IN 1 GLOBE: EARTH & CONSTELLATIONS

I've always wanted to get a globe to teach the kids about Earth: where we live; how the earth is round; here's the land, here's the ocean; America is here, Asia is on the other side; and it's night here and day there because the earth is round.

We grew up with one at home so I went to Target to look for it(Ya, like Target is the answer to everything we need, LOL). I did find one last year but it wasn't well made. Then I forgot all about it already until I saw it at Lakeshore Learning's website as part of the Gifts for Growing Minds collection. And glad to have found it, because this version lights up in the dark and turns into a map of the stars. How neat is that? You do need batteries for that part to work though.

It's the perfect gift for anyone's home or for budding astronomers or geographers. I'm pretty sure this is gonna stay in our house forever. The internet has taken oven those big volumes of Encyclopedias(remember those? LOL) but I think the Globe is still necessary, and I'd like to donate one to my kids' classroom this year.
