6 garlic cloves, I can handle more cloves(I love garlic)
2 Tbsps fresh oregano leaves or 2 teaspoons dried oregano, I used dried
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp red or white wine vinegar(I used red)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Combine the ingredients in a blender. Pulse then slowly add the olive oil in a stream until blended. Don't overly blend, you still want some chunks of garlic in there, not baby food.
