Join the Stroll N Run 5K + Recap of @ClubMomMe Spring Fest 2015

Club MomMe always throws out a great event like the Fall Family Fest last year and the Spring Fest below(pictured). So when I got an e-mail from them to join the Club MomMe's Stroll N Run 5K, I said yes without blinking. Then when I told the hubby about the 5K, he's like, 5K? Can you do that? He has ran a marathon, and I can't even run for a minute. Told him we'll be walking, but in my head I was thinking I need my own stroller. Yikes, good luck to me. LOL.

But I have a month to prepare(for the long walk) so I hope to see you guys there(I need to be push..or carried, haha). There will be some fun activities after the 5K including a kid's obstacle course, family friendly live music, healthy food, photo booth and more.

It will be held at the picturesque South Coast Botanic Garden on the 31st of May. To register and for more details, check here.

Also check out the recently concluded Club MomMe Spring Fest that was attended by one of our awesome writers from the OC, Guia Uy, who shared her Club MomMe Spring Fest experience with us below.

Club MomMe hosted such a fun event where families can enjoy the warm sunshine on a beautiful 18 room mansion estate with ‘lots of goodies and activities to keep both parents and children occupied.

This year, the Spring Family Fest took place at the beautiful Muckenthaler Estate & Cultural Center in Fullerton, California.  Ticket prices started at $40 and included all day access to 4 celebrity panel discussions, 9 interactive lounge areas (the massage lounge was my personal fave), fun play areas for kids including face painting and a swag bag filled with stuff that every parent should have.

Not only were your arms full of goodies, but family friendly companies were there sharing information on the most up to date, state of the art ways to raise your family in the most safe and healthiest way possible.

Top brands were available to test out, from the new Joovy stroller to the sought after Diono Radian RXT convertible car seat and the amazing Halo co-sleeper.  Attendees were even able to win top selected products through a raffle at the end of the event.

All and all it was a fun and informative day, keeping little ones busy with bounce houses, water tables and other play areas.  Parents too, were busy learning about the newest ways to raise a healthy family while relaxing with a massage or two, tacos, ice cold drinks and custom self-decorated caramel apples.  I could tell it was an amazing event when my little one, passed out from exhaustion from all the fun, fell asleep in her car seat with a smile on her face and balloon in her hand.
