Free activitity for kids: Build a Project at Lowe's

Lowe's offers a free clinic to build various wooden projects for kids ages 5 and up. If you have kids who like building things, playing with legos, hammer and screws. This activity might be suitable for them. Lowe's Build and Grow is offered every Saturday at 10:00AM. Advance registration is required as they do fill up fast. They are not really strict on the age but you might want to check with your local Lowe's.
They can build a different wooden project every Saturday. Like the Creepy Keeper, North's Sleigh, Sandman's Plane. And the one I wanted to try is the Gingerbread House on December 8. This is defintely a cool activity for the kids. At least you don't have to bake gingerbread cookies anymore. Click here to register. And too see the projects you can work on. Have fun.
